Any excuse for a party

Milestone birthdays, 25th and 50th anniversaries, retirements, graduations, engagement parties, reunions, holiday get-togethers, backyard summer parties. If there’s a room and people in it, we can fill the floor.

Private parties are the most varied work we do. A 60th birthday in a legion hall and a backyard anniversary for forty people need completely different setups, and that’s fine: we size the system, the lighting and the music to the event rather than rolling in the same rig every time.

Small rooms and backyards

Not every party needs a wall of speakers. For smaller gatherings we’ll bring a compact setup that sounds excellent, doesn’t dominate the space, and won’t have the neighbours calling anybody. For outdoor events, tell us about the power situation and the weather backup plan when you book. Those are the two things that catch people out.

Music from whichever decade is yours

The library goes back roughly 70 years, which is exactly the point when you’re throwing a 50th anniversary or a milestone birthday. Send us the years that matter to the guest of honour and we’ll build around them, including a handful of songs they’ll be surprised anybody remembered.

Fundraisers and community events

We’ve supported benefit nights, community fundraisers and charitable events around Hamilton for over two decades. If you’re raising money for a cause, tell us what the event is when you call. We’ll work with you on the price and on running the draws, auctions and announcements that make the night work.
