What you book is the same either way: a personal consultation before the day, DJ coverage for the reception, full MC duties so somebody is actually running your timeline, a sound system sized to your room, wireless microphones for the speeches, and dance floor lighting. Weddings start at $1,300, all in.

What’s different about Ancaster & Dundas

The best rooms out this way are old: an 1870 stone town hall, a mill beside a creek, converted barns. Beautiful for photographs, and acoustically live in a way modern banquet halls are not. Several also sit close enough to houses that they hold you to a hard finish time. We have played enough of them to know which rooms need the subs pulled back and which ones can take everything.
